As another year-end is approaching, let me take the opportunity to thank you all for your support, whether you have been a one-time visitor or a continued supporter, your support of the private practice of Christo Scheepers Therapeutic Reflexologist is highly appreciated.
During the past year, I had the privilege of offering Therapeutic Reflexology to many people ranging from the age of 2-weeks to the age of 90 years. It is always such an honour to be entrusted with your feet (and bodies) and to offer you an amazing therapy that is non-invasive but extremely effective in reducing stress and increasing relaxation.
The year 2022 has also been quite exciting for me as I officially completed and graduated with a Ph.D. degree that focused on entrepreneurship within the healthcare industry, while I also began lecturing at various universities within my areas of expertise.
Have a merry Christmas, a happy new year and a wonderful festive season. Be safe on the roads, drive safely and hope to welcome you all back into my practice in 2023.

As a dedicated hiker himself, he is passionate about providing therapeutic reflexology to hikers and other sportspeople relying on their feet to participate in their sport.
